格莱美奖年度歌曲（英语：Grammy Award for Song of the Year）是美国国家录音艺术科学学院颁发的奖项，意在“奖励唱片工业中取得的艺术成就、技术成果和整体的卓越贡献，而不考虑销量和榜单成绩”。[1][2]年度歌曲是该奖四个最重要奖项之一（另三个分别为年度专辑、年度制作和最佳新人），自1959年第1届格莱美奖起开始颁发。
与年度制作不同，年度歌曲奖颁发予获选歌曲的“词曲作者”。[3]
