梦中梦巡回演唱会，（英语：Dream Within a Dream Tour），是美国女歌手布兰妮·斯皮尔斯举办的第四次巡回演唱会。巡演用于在北美和日本宣传布兰妮的第3张专辑《布兰妮》（Britney）。该巡演由安许茨娱乐小组（英语：AEG Live）负责宣传，是布兰妮首次不与Live Nation娱乐公司（英语：Clear Channel Entertainment）合作的巡演。2001年9月21日，巡演的北美场次全部向后推迟两个月。2002年2月，布兰妮宣布了巡演的第二阶段。巡演由韦德·罗布森（英语：Wade Robson）导演，罗布森称巡演的主题为布兰妮的成年礼以及布兰妮的独立。本次巡演中的歌曲主要来自布兰妮的前几张录音室专辑，并包含部分专辑中歌曲的混音版。

梦中梦巡回演唱会包括7个部分，其中最后一部分为安可表演。布兰妮从转轮中入场，通过蹦极绳飞到舞台中央并开始表演自己的老歌。大部分的表演都使用了舞台特效，包括彩纸、烟火、激光灯和人造雾和雪等。在安可表演，有一个能注两吨水的水幕，被认为是巡演的压轴表演之一。
