榆枯萎病菌（学名：Ophiostoma ulmi）是子囊菌门长喙壳菌属的一个种，为造成荷兰榆树病的病原真菌。本种最初属粘束孢属[2]，原名Graphium ulmi，1934年被改归入长喙壳菌属中[3]。
榆枯萎病菌是最初发现的荷兰榆树病病原[4]，后来又发现同属的新榆枯萎病菌与Ophiostoma himal-ulmi也会造成此感染[5]，且前者毒力比本种更强[6][7]。
