《1914年破产法令》（英语：Bankruptcy Act 1914；4 & 5 Geo V, c 59）是英国国会的一项法令，在大约70年间成为英国破产清盘法（英语：United Kingdom insolvency law）的主要来源。^[1]它于1915年1月1日生效，废除了一些早期的法规。它由《1985年破产清盘法令》（Insolvency Act 1985）实质上废除。^[2]

该法令通常被认为是对与破产有关的早期法规的综合。

尽管该法令仅针对个人破产进行表述，但《1948年公司法令》第317条将其许多条文应用于公司破产清盘。^[3]
