NGC 2439是位于船尾座的一个疏散星团。它的视星等为6.9等，大小为10弧分，使用小望远镜就能看见[3]。这个星团距离太阳系大约3,855秒差距，年龄大约1,000万地球年[2][4]。在观测上，这个星团有两颗B型星的超巨星。较靠近我们的一颗距离约为1,030秒差距，较远的一颗距离3,200秒差距[5]。
