Merge

• I don't agree to the merge. As 世界贸易组织第六次部长级会议 =/= 香港宣言. The latter one can be a main article, elaborating the major issues raised in the Declaration, of a section of the former one. -- Mcyjerry 10:59 2005年12月19日 (UTC)
