史蒂夫·艾伯特（英语：Steve Alpert／日语：スティーブ・アルパート，1950年4月19日—），全名“史蒂芬·M·艾伯特”（Stephen M. Alpert[2][3]／スティーブン・アルパート），昵称“小艾”（アルちゃん）[4]，是过去居住在日本东京都的美国娱乐主管，吉卜力工作室的前董事。

曾任职于华特迪士尼[5]，因迪士尼与吉卜力合作而自1996年10月起担任董事，负责海外业务长达15年[4][6][7][8]。虽是美国人却能说一口流利的日语。[9]
2011年底，由于母亲生病缘故，不得不退休返美定居，并开始尝试撰写小说。[1][4]但仍继续与吉卜力有著往来关系，如从事英文版电影的顾问[9]、以及在2012年7月受邀为动画《风起》配音[1]。
