大卫·查理斯·安利 CM OOnt（David Charles Onley，1950年6月12日—2023年1月14日），加拿大政治人物和传媒工作者，2007年-14年间出任第28任安大略省省督[3]，为加拿大联邦成立以来该省任期第三长的省督[4]。在此之前他曾于多伦多本地电视台Citytv和CP24任职记者和主持[5][6]。

早年和个人生活[编辑]

安利于安大略省美德兰出生[7][8]，三岁时患上小儿麻痹症，导致身体部分瘫痪[9][10]。为了方便他接受治疗，一家迁居大多伦多市士嘉堡（现多伦多市一部分），在当地的西山区（英语：West Hill, Toronto）定居[11][12]。经过物理治疗后他恢复手部活动，并可在腿部支架或拐杖的协助下步行，但亦使用电动代步车[13][14][15]。

他于多伦多大学士嘉堡分校主修政治学，曾任学生会主席[16][17]，1975年从该校获取文学士学位[18]。他曾于1976年-77年间就读于温莎大学法学院，但未有毕业[19][20][21]。

他于1982年与鲁丝·安（Ruth Ann）结婚，两人育有三子[12]。

投身传媒业[编辑]

安利大学毕业后未能找到全职工作，遂执笔撰写太空旅行小说《航天飞机》（Shuttle: A Shattering Novel of Disaster in Space），1981年出版[15]，1982年获提名加拿大期刊发行商协会的年度好书[19]。他推广该本小说期间将自己定位为太空计划专家，借此展开广播事业[15][12]。他先于多伦多本地电台CFRB AM1010主持每周科学节目，后于1983年转职加拿大全国新闻电台网络CKO[15]，再从1984年到1989年间在多伦多本地电视台Citytv任职气象主播。安利于2004年接受多伦多一间专为残疾人士服务的就业中介所访问时忆述：

Citytv于1989年开播晨间节目《早餐电视》（Breakfast Television），并任安利为该节目首位新闻主播，至1995年为止。安利亦从1994年到1999年担任该台的教育事务记者，而与Citytv同系的多伦多本地24小时电视新闻频道CP24于1998年启播后，安利亦于该台出任新闻主播和节目主持[11]。

安利任职Citytv初期时只得上半身出镜，但在他要求下镜头开始拍摄他的全身，包括他的拐杖或代步工具，他亦成为加拿大首批在电视台幕前工作的残障人士之一[11]。他于1997年晋身泰瑞·福克斯名人堂，以表扬他为促进残障人士权益所作出的贡献[11]。他又从2005年至2007年间担任安大略省政府辖下无障碍设计标准谘询委员会主席[23]。

出任省督[编辑]

加拿大总理哈珀于2007年7月4日致电安利，通知他获委任为安大略省省督；该项任命于同月10日对外公布[3]，而他则于同年9月5日正式宣誓就任。他上任省督后继续与夫人居于士嘉堡住所；安省是加拿大国内不设省督府第的三个省份之一[24]。

作为首位出任安省省督的残障人士，安利表示他会利用此平台为省内150万名残障省民消除隔阂，以及改善残障省民的就业情况和居住环境。他又于就职演说中表示会承续上任省督巴特尔曼（James Bartleman）推广的提升原住民读写能力政策，其中一项目标为向安省北部学校内每位学生提供电脑[25]。他于2008年代表加拿大到北京出席残奥会开幕仪式[26]。

安利于2014年7月3日最后一次向安大略省议会发表御座致辞[15][27]，同年9月23日正式卸任[28][29]。他七年任期间出席2550场活动，与会者累计逾一百万人[30]。

晚年生活、去世[编辑]

安利卸任省督后从2014年10月起于母校多伦多大学士嘉堡分校政治学系出任资深讲师[31]，并任该校的残疾议题特别顾问，以及该校的2015年泛美运动会和2015年泛美残疾人运动会（英语：2015 Parapan American Games）特别大使[32]。

2018年他获委任审阅《2005年安大略省残疾人士畅通易达法令（英语：Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005）》并举行公众谘询。他于2019年发表报告[33]，指经过谘询省内残疾人及家属后，他忧虑安省将未能达致该法案定下的2025年目标[34]。

2019年末，安利接受大脑扫描后发现在大脑前部长有肿瘤，经手术切除[35]。

他于2023年1月14日在多伦多新宁医院去世，享年72岁[12][36]。他的灵柩于同月28日至29日停放于安大略省议会大楼供民众凭吊，葬礼则于同月30日在多伦多以省级葬礼规格进行[37]，出席者包括在任省督杜德斯威尔（英语：Elizabeth Dowdeswell）和安大略省省长道格·福特[38]。
