布兰登·詹姆斯·劳斯（英语：Brandon James Routh，1979年10月9日—），是一名美国男演员，曾是一名时尚模特，就读于爱荷华大学。他出生于美国爱荷华州的诺沃克，21世纪初离开爱荷华前往洛杉矶追求演艺生涯并开始在一些电视连续剧中饰演角色。2006年，因在《超人再起》中饰演超人一角而为观众所熟悉，他也在《超市特工》中饰演Daniel Shaw一角，此后也在一些电影中担当男主角以及在电视剧中饰演配角。
早期生涯[编辑]
劳斯于1979年10月9日生于爱荷华州的诺瓦克，在四个孩子中排行老三。父亲罗纳德·韦恩·劳斯是一名木匠，母亲凯瑟琳是一名教师。[1]他生于一个循道宗家庭，[2]拥有德国、法国、英格兰和美国原住民血统[3]（罗斯曾表明“我有来自父亲的部分基卡普血统”）。[4]罗斯生长于诺瓦克，在第一代电视节目中饰演超人的乔治·李维的故乡Woolstock以南约100英里（160千米）。[1]
在2006年《超人归来》中饰演超人一角 因长像出众而被广大认识 他也被许多人认为是最帅超人 样貌非凡 身材标准 而被广大熟悉。
在2016年1月于CW电视网首播的美国电视剧《明日传奇》（Legends of Tomorrow）剧中饰演“原子侠”雷·帕尔默的角色。他是一名科学家、生意人与palmer技术公司的CEO，他开发出一套类似钢铁人的动力套服，可以自由的控制自己体型放大、缩小、飞行与发射武器。“原子侠”（英语：Atom）是一名出现于DC漫画中的超级英雄。
2019年7月18日，根据CW电视网的绿箭宇宙系列最新消息，布兰登将在连动集“无限地球危机”再续演超人。
