新几内亚癞颈龟（学名：Elseya novaeguineae）是齿缘癞颈龟属下的一种淡水龟，发现于印度尼西亚和巴布亚新几内亚。
新几内亚癞颈龟曾在2010年被重新划分到宽胸癞颈龟属下，[3]但是不久被发现是一个错误，于是重新移回。[4]
