法律不问琐事(拉丁语:De minimis non curat lex.;英语:The law does not take account of trifles.)为拉丁语法律术语。[1][2]
瑞典女王克里斯蒂娜(1633至1654年在位)钟爱一条含义类似的拉丁语格言aquila non capit muscas(老鹰不捉苍蝇)。[3]
“法律不问琐事”的原则(英语:de minimis principle)可追溯至15世纪。[4]
