理查·法兰西斯·麦克哥纳尔（英语：Richard Francis McGonagle，1946年10月22日—），通称为“理查·麦克哥纳尔”，是一位美国男演员及配音员，他因配音《原型兵器》、《冲突世界：苏联进攻》、《超人特攻队》的超能先生（Mr. Incredible）以及《秘境探险系列》的维特·苏利文（Victor Sullivan）而知名。
