理查·法蘭西斯·麥克哥納爾（英語：Richard Francis McGonagle，1946年10月22日—），通稱為「理查·麥克哥納爾」，是一位美國男演員及配音員，他因配音《原型兵器》、《衝突世界：蘇聯進攻》、《超人特攻隊》的超能先生（Mr. Incredible）以及《秘境探險系列》的維特·蘇利文（Victor Sullivan）而知名。

麥克哥納爾出生於麻薩諸塞州波士頓，他的母親叫做希爾達加德·弗吉尼亞（Hildagard Virginia）（娘家姓為希勒），而父親叫做威廉·法蘭西斯·麥克哥納爾（William Francis McGonagle）[2]。
