组蛋白修饰酶种类与位点一览
组蛋白修饰酶 (Histone-modifying enzymes)泛指真核生物 细胞 中修饰 包裹DNA 的组蛋白 之酵素 。组蛋白上的许多位点可被酵素修饰[1] ,共同组成组蛋白密码 [2] 。已知的修饰种类包括乙酰化 [3] 、甲基化 [4] 、磷酸化 [5] 、泛素化 [6] 、GlcNAc糖基化 [7] 、二磷酸腺苷核糖基化 [8] 、瓜氨酸化 [9] 、脯胺酸异构化 [10] 与SUMO修饰 等[11] ,这些修饰可能改变染色体 结构或与其他蛋白结合的能力,进而促进或抑制基因的转录 [2] 。
