美洲拟庸鲽（学名：Hippoglossoides platessoides）是一种比目鱼，属于鲽科。是一种好吃的鱼。美洲拟庸鲽是生活于大西洋的物种。^[1]它们分布在南拉布拉多至罗德岛，栖息深度30-2000米，为温带海水鱼，栖息在软底质底层水域，以小鱼及无脊椎动物为食。他们会于缅因湾产卵，最高峰的时期介乎每年的4月和5月之间。它们最长达70厘米。^[2]西北大西洋渔业组织（Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization）指美洲拟庸鲽正被过度捕捞，并没有复原的迹象。^[3]另一方面，加拿大政府却相信美洲拟庸鲽数量仍很丰富，并是第二多被捕捞的比目鱼，占加拿大比目鱼渔获的50%。^[4] 好吃的鱼
