食道腺（英语：esophageal gland）是消化系统的部分，存在于包括人类的多种动物里。

人类[编辑]

人类的食道腺是其消化系统的部分，属于一种黏液型的小型外消旋混合物外分泌腺。这种腺体包括两种类型的腺体，位于黏膜筋板及固有筋层之间^[1]。食道腺体的癌变就是食道腺癌，属于食道癌的一类^[2]。

在大型的单板纲物种中，其食道腺变大了^[3]。

在腹足纲物种的消化系统（英语：digestive system of gastropods）中，食道腺又叫食管腺或食道囊，只存在于基础腹足类分支（basal gastropod clades）的分类单元中，包括了Patelloidea（英语：Patelloidea）、古腹足类、科库螺总科、蜑形类及 Neomphalina的物种^[4]。

鳞角腹足蜗牛（Chrysomallon squamiferum）有异常大的食道腺，里面住有共生性 Γ-变形菌^[4]。
