BEnd.3细胞

bEnd.3 (brain-derived Endothelial cells.3) 是衍生自BALB/c小鼠的小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞系，胞体呈多边形或梭型，细胞表面有丰富的微绒毛，存在著管腔样结构和毛细血管样网络。该细胞系常用于血管研究和内皮脑组织的研究[1]，特别地是作为缺血的血脑屏障模型[2]。
