主題分析（英語：Thematic analysis）是質性研究中最為常見的一種形式。[1]它強調在數據中精確定位、檢查和記錄主題或模式。[2]主題（英語：themes）是跨數據集的模式（英語：patterns），這些模式對於現象的描述很重要，並且與特定的研究問題相關聯。[3]
主題分析可被理解作各種不同研究方法的總稱，而不是單一的某種方法。不同版本的主題分析以不同的哲學和概念假設為基礎，並且在操作程序方面存在差異。
