安普瓜社區學院槍擊案在2015年10月1日發生於在美國俄勒岡州羅斯堡北部6千米的安普瓜社區學院（英語：Umpqua Community College）。26歲的槍手克里斯·哈珀·梅瑟（Chris Harper Mercer）[8][9]開槍打死9人，弄傷7人，之後在與警方的槍戰中被擊斃[10][6][11][12][7][13]。本案是俄勒岡州史上傷亡最慘重的大規模槍擊案[7]。

事發地安普瓜社區學院位於俄勒岡州羅斯堡北部6英里（9.7公里）處，16間校舍占地100英畝（40公頃），與北安普瓜河接壤[14]。園區還設有跑道、網球場和一個室外游泳池，2009年新增了葡萄園，3300名全日制學生和16000名兼職學生就讀於該校[15]。

槍手[16]克里斯托弗·肖恩·哈珀-梅瑟（Christopher Sean Harper-Mercer，1989年7月26日—2015年10月1日）被認定為槍手。最初有報道稱梅瑟並非社區學院的學生[16]，只不過是一部即將在學校上映的戲劇的製作助理[17]。然而，執法人員表示哈珀-梅瑟在案發當天被一個班錄取[9]。

據執法部門一位不願透露姓名的消息人士透露，梅瑟有反宗教、反政府和白人至上主義傾向[29]，但他認為自己是混血兒[30]。案發翌日，ABC新聞報道稱梅瑟在開火前曾把幾篇論文和一個閃存盤交給校園內的一名人士，其中包括許多美化2014年加州圍繞景島社區殺戮盛宴等大規模屠殺案的文章[31]，還表示他有着性挫折、對黑人抱有敵意和缺乏自立能力的生活方式[32][33]。

太平洋夏令時上午10點38分，第一通911報警電話從校園內打出。一名槍手據報走過數座校舍朝人們胡亂掃射[34][35]。大部分槍擊事件發生在斯內德大廳（Snyder Hall）15號房間，房間內當時正進行英語和寫作課[36]。一名女性嘗試關上教室大門時胃部多次中槍[37]。有目擊者指出，梅瑟朝他們開槍前曾詢問多名學生的宗教信仰[38]。其他則表示梅瑟殺了那些稱自己是基督徒的學生，而稱自己不是的則遭到他的殘害[38][39][23]。

有學生身中多槍。美國陸軍退伍軍人克里斯·明茨（Chris Mintz）在學院參加體能訓練[40]，案發時他跑進圖書館拉響警報，通知人們逃命[41] 。然而他跑進發生槍擊事件的大樓內試圖阻止梅瑟進入一間教室。他在站立時中了三槍，倒地時又中了四槍，但倖免於難。家人們稱明茨為英雄[42][43][44]；在10月3日的新聞發布會上，道格拉斯縣治安官約翰·翰林為明茨作出的行為表示感謝[45]。明茨的家人設立了一個GoFundMe帳戶來支付明茨的醫療費用，截至10月2日，帳戶受到超過65萬美元的捐款[46]。

案發後，美國煙酒槍炮及爆裂物管理局特工在校園尋找爆炸物，共從現場檢獲包括三把手槍和一支長槍在內的四把武器[11][49]。執法人員表示，槍手身着防彈衣，「彈藥足以用於長時間的槍戰」[47][50]。他們在梅瑟的公寓房還發現了另外的七把槍，這些槍都是梅瑟的家人合法購買的[51]。

除槍手外，共有九名在槍擊案中遇害，死者包括八名學生和一名講師。另有九人受傷，有傷者遭受多處槍傷後。四名傷者在梅西醫療中心（Mercy Medical Center）接受治療，一名傷者情況危殆，其餘三個情況穩定。其餘三名倖存者被轉往斯普林菲爾德的平安健康聖心醫院（PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Hospital），其中一人危殆，其餘兩人隨後出院[52][53]。

一名死者是俄勒岡州參議員傑夫·默克利的表弟[54][55]。

美國總統貝拉克·奧巴馬當天發表聲明要求更嚴格的槍支法律，因為「（思念和祈禱）不能表達我們應該感到的心痛、悲傷和憤怒；它們也無法阻止這種慘案下周或幾月後在美國其他地方發生。」他還稱美國對大規模槍擊案變得麻木起來。

俄勒岡州州長凱特·布朗（Kate Brown）表示她對事件感到傷心欲絕，並動身前往羅斯堡[56]。

美國社區學院協會（American Association of Community Colleges）和社區學院理事協會（Association of Community College Trustees）發表聯合聲明稱槍擊案為一樁悲劇，並表示將致力於校園安全工作[12]。

道格拉斯縣警長約翰·翰林（John Hanlin）拒說出梅瑟的名字，他表示：「我不會談槍手……我不會把他歸功於這個可怕的懦夫行為。媒體到時候會得到被證實的名字的……但你是永遠不會聽到我們說他的名字的[39]。」
