托克滿蘇達坂，又稱為 托克滿蘇山口 ^[1]是興都庫什山脈—帕米爾高原中的封閉山口，位於阿富汗和中國在瓦罕走廊的邊界。^[2] 它位於小帕米爾東端的托克滿蘇河谷^[3] 和中國新疆卡拉其古河谷之間。歷史上，它是中國與瓦罕之間的三條路線之一。^[4]在中國一側，下方山谷中設有同名的邊防連哨所。^[5]
