納賽爾·哈利利（波斯語：ناصر داوود خلیلی，1945年12月18日—）是一位伊朗裔英國學者、收藏家和慈善家。[2] 他是哈利利收藏的創始人。[3]
哈利利出生在伊朗的一個猶太人藝術品商人家庭[4]，1967年前往美國學習。1974年畢業於紐約城市大學皇后學院，並獲得計算機科學學位。 1988年，哈利利在倫敦大學亞非學院獲得伊斯蘭藝術博士學位。
1970年代，哈利利就在紐約開始收藏藝術品，1980年代，他又在倫敦投資房地產。
1995年，他創立了邁蒙尼德基金會。同時哈利利又擔任聯合國教科文組織親善大使。[5][6][7]
