加烈·約翰·希隆（英語：Garrett John Hedlund，1984年9月3日—），美國男演員、模特兒和歌手。知名演出作品如電影《特洛伊：木馬屠城》（2004年）、《龍騎士》（2006年）、《非法制裁》（2007年）、《創：光速戰記》（2010年）、《醉鄉民謠》（2013年）、《小飛俠：幻夢啟航》（2015年）和《三重邊界》（2019年）。
早期生活[編輯]
荷德倫出生在明尼蘇達州小鎮附近的一個牧場。14歲搬家到亞利桑那州、在那裡引起了球探的注意。高中參加過摔角、田徑隊和美式足球隊 ，在成為演員之前當過模特兒。
職業生涯[編輯]
荷德倫高中開始上表演課，畢業後到洛杉磯、僅僅用了一個月，二十歲的他便得到了在史詩大片《特洛伊：木馬屠城》中扮演Achilles（布拉德·皮特）的堂弟、勇敢而年輕的Patroclus的機會。2006年他在《龍騎士》中扮演劍術高超的Murtagh一角，2010年在電影《創：戰紀》飾演男主角山姆·費林。2011年6月7日，他獲得了Hedlund的年度人物魅力獎[1][2]。
2015年2月25日，據透露，李安有意讓荷德倫出演《比利·林恩的中場戰事》[3]。電影於2015年4月開拍，並於2016年上映。
個人生活[編輯]
2012年，荷德倫開始和共同在《浪蕩世代》中擔任主演的克絲汀·鄧斯特約會[4]。 自2019年起與演員艾瑪·羅勃茲交往中[5][6] 2020年8月，夫妻二人宣布將誕下一子.[7][8]。2020年12月27日，女方在洛杉磯產下兒子羅德·羅伯特·赫德蘭德（Rhodes Robert Hedlund）[9]。
