加烈·約翰·希隆（英語：Garrett John Hedlund，1984年9月3日—），美國男演員、模特兒和歌手。知名演出作品如電影《木馬屠城》（2004年）、《俠影魔龍》（2006年）、《非法制裁》（2007年）、《創戰紀》（2010年）、《知音夢裡行》（2013年）、《小飛俠：魔幻始源》（2015年）和《三重邊界》（2019年）。
早期生活[編輯]
希隆出生在明尼蘇達州小鎮附近的一個牧場。14歲搬家到亞利桑那州、在那裏引起了球探的注意。高中參加過摔角、田徑隊和美式足球隊 ，在成為演員之前當過模特兒。
職業生涯[編輯]
希隆高中開始上表演課，畢業後到洛杉磯、僅僅用了一個月，二十歲的他便得到了在史詩大片《木馬屠城》中扮演Achilles（畢·彼特）的堂弟、勇敢而年輕的Patroclus的機會。2006年他在《俠影魔龍》中扮演劍術高超的Murtagh一角，2010年在電影《創戰紀》飾演男主角費森姆。2011年6月7日，他獲得了Hedlund的年度人物魅力獎[1][2]。
2015年2月25日，據透露，李安有意讓希隆出演《比利·林恩的中場戰事》[3]。電影於2015年4月開拍，並於2016年上映。
個人生活[編輯]
2012年，希隆開始和共同在《浪蕩世代》中擔任主演的姬絲汀·登絲約會[4]。 自2019年起與演員愛瑪·羅拔絲交往中[5][6] 2020年8月，夫妻二人宣佈將誕下一子.[7][8]。2020年12月27日，女方在洛杉磯產下兒子羅德·羅拔·赫德蘭德（Rhodes Robert Hedlund）[9]。
