許子祥（英語：William Shu，1979年12月1日—），臺裔美國籍企業家，英國在線食品外賣公司戶戶送（Deliveroo）的聯合創始人兼首席執行官，該公司的業務遍及84個城市。

許子祥於1979年12月生於康涅狄格州，[1]父母來自台灣。 [2]許子祥於2001年獲得西北大學的學士學位。他的第一份工作是2001年在紐約的摩根士丹利擔任投資銀行分析師。 許子祥於2010年回到美國就讀商學院[3]，於2012年從沃頓商學院獲得了MBA學位。[4]
職業生涯[編輯]
在創立Deliveroo之前，許子祥曾在SAC Capital Advisors和ESO Capital擔任分析師以及在摩根士丹利擔任投資銀行家。他於2013年與兒時友人、身為軟件工程師的格雷格·奧爾洛夫斯基（Greg Orlowski）創立了Deliveroo。[5][6]許子祥創立Deliveroo的想法緣於他深夜在摩根士丹利的倫敦辦公室工作時發現鮮有外賣可點。[7]許子祥是Deliveroo公司的第一批外賣運送員，在公司成立頭八個月中每天都會送貨以了解客戶體驗。[8]
Deliveroo在倫敦運營的頭兩年，通過口口相傳而不斷發展。2015年，該公司向國際擴張到巴黎、柏林和都柏林。 [8]Deliveroo在2017年11月的估值超過15億英鎊，業務遍及12個國家和150多個城市。[9][10]
2016年2月，一直擔任Deliveroo首席技術官的奧爾洛夫斯基以「在女兒出生後他要與妻子在芝加哥花更多的時間」之故離開了公司。[11]
許子祥一直以Deliveroo司機的身份繼續工作，每隔幾周在倫敦各地運送食物。[12]
批評[編輯]
在2016年有關員工地位及公司虧損的員工糾紛中，許子祥因將其個人薪金增長了22.5％，提升至每年12.5萬英鎊而受到批評。[13]諸如雇用新員工和設立新倫敦辦事處等行政費用從2880萬英鎊增加到1.422億英鎊，造成了巨大的損失。[14]此外，許子祥還向董事和其他數百名總部員工發放了近450萬英鎊的股票獎金。[15]
Deliveroo是眾多零工經濟公司之一，這些公司因在英國的商業模式而面臨法律挑戰。針對Deliveroo的案件涉及45名車手。[16]
