達爾伯克氏必需基本培養基

達爾伯克氏必需基本培養基(DMEM)，EMEM培養基的一個變種。與原配方相比，DMEM含有大約四倍的維生素和氨基酸以及2~4倍的葡萄糖，此外還添加了鐵離子和酚紅。DMEM適用於多種細胞的培養，包括人、猴、鼠、雞、魚等的細胞。[1]
