騙子與小偷黨
2011年12月5日抗議活動之前，莫斯科的一張貼紙上寫著「反對騙子和小偷黨」 。2011年12月10日在莫斯科舉行的反政府抗議活動。前方中的海報上寫有「騙子與小偷黨走開！」字樣。
騙子與小偷黨（俄語：Партия жуликов и воров，簡稱ПЖиВ[1]），是俄羅斯反對派用來形容由普京領導的執政黨統一俄羅斯黨的貶義詞。由著名的部落客及反貪腐活動家阿列克謝·納瓦利內於2011年2月首創。[2][3][4]
起源
[編輯]2011年2月2日，在接受Finam FM電台採訪時，納瓦利內回答了關於統一俄羅斯的問題：[5]

統一俄羅斯黨的反應
[編輯]2011年10月11日，柳布林斯基地方法院駁回了統一俄羅斯黨員弗拉基米爾·斯維里德對納瓦利內的訴訟。[7]
2011年11月24日，在俄羅斯-1頻道的節目辯論中，杜馬成員亞歷山大·金斯泰因（統一俄羅斯黨黨員）表示：
| “ | 統一俄羅斯黨一直在工作，它致力於改變我們國家的生活水準。他們稱我們是「騙子與小偷黨」，我會回答他們作為「騙子與小偷黨」總比「殺人犯、性侵犯與小偷黨」來的好。[8] | ” |
其他用法
[編輯]中華人民共和國召開全國人民代表大會和中國人民政治協商會議會議時，中國環球電視網俄語頻道在對俄羅斯的宣傳視頻中以中俄大學生說唱的方式使用了「騙子和小偷」的說法來介紹中國的反腐活動，引發一些俄羅斯媒體批評中國製作者不懂俄羅斯國情。[9][10]
