黃小萍（英語：Catherine WONG Siow Ping，1972年4月8日—），新加坡外交官，曾任新加坡駐越南大使。
生平[編輯]
黃小萍1972年4月8日生於新加坡。1995年，自新加坡國立大學畢業，獲得大眾傳播社會科學學士學位（榮譽）。2005年在美國哥倫比亞大學獲得政治科學碩士學位。[1]
外交工作[編輯]
1995年8月，黃小萍進入新加坡外交部工作，先後在外交部東盟司和東北亞司工作，她還曾被外派駐香港總領事館和駐美國大使館。2004年8月至2005年12月，任外交部長特別助理。2012年5月至2014年10月，任外交部領事司司長[2]，後調任美洲司司長。[3]
2016年8月25日，被任命為駐越南大使。[1]2021年回國，現任新加坡外交部東南亞一司司長。[3]
