2019年幾內亞比索議會選舉在2019年3月10日於幾內亞比索舉行[1]。

2018年4月，總統若澤·馬里奧·瓦斯和反對派在西非國家經濟共同體調解下達成協議，同意選舉在2018年11月18日舉行[2]，但人口調查至11月20日才完成，因此總理阿里斯蒂德斯·戈梅斯提出將選舉押後舉行，可行選項為12月16日、12月30日和2019年的1月27日[3]。2018年12月，總統簽署法令，選舉日期正式塵埃落定[1]。

幾內亞及維德角獨立非洲黨（英語：African Party for the Independence of Guinea and Cape Verde）贏得102席中47席，雖然仍然是第一大黨，但失去10席令黨失去議會控制權，出現懸峙議會的局面。不過獨立非洲黨在選前與聯合人民大會（英語：Assembly of the People United）、新民主黨（英語：New Democracy Party (Guinea-Bissau)）和改變聯盟（英語：Union for Change）達成協議，同意合作。最終在三黨分別獲得5席、1席和1席的情況下，獨立非洲黨聯合政府成功以些微多於半數的優勢控制全國人民議會[4]。

全國人民議會的102席由兩種方法選出[5]：

投票過程[編輯]

選舉日過程大致平靜，總統瓦斯表示「沒有人被殺、沒有打鬥、沒有政變、沒有隨機拘捕人、沒有政治犯。反而，國家有言論自由、有集會自由。」選舉投票率接近85%，乃頗高的水平[6]。
