幾個翻譯問題
[編輯]- 金馬蹄地區是否為確定翻譯？如果不是，馬蹄鐵似乎更形象
- 病童醫院--兒童醫院？
- Sunnybrook Health Science Center是否可以直譯？
- 胭脂谷是確定翻譯的地名嗎？

- 多倫多本地中文傳媒（如新時代電視）的確將「Golden Horseshoe」譯作「金馬蹄地區」，和將「Hospital for Sick Children」譯作「病童醫院」。加拿大聯邦政府的網頁也有用到「金馬蹄地區」（[1]），而「病童醫院」看來也是該機構自己的官方中譯（[2]）。其餘兩則小弟則不太清楚。- Hinto (留言) 2008年12月31日 (三) 16:21 (UTC)
