烏魯貝格環形山（Ulugh Beigh）是位於月球正面風暴洋西側區的一座古老的大撞擊坑，其名稱由1830年德國天文學家約翰·海因里希·馮·馬德勒取自中亞數學家暨天文學家，帖木兒王朝君主米爾扎·穆罕默德·塔拉汗·本·沙哈魯（Mīrzā Muhammad Tāraghay bin Shāhrukh，1394年-1449年），也俗稱為烏魯伯格（察合台語:大汗），1961年被國際天文學聯合會正式批准接受。

衛星坑烏魯貝格 A

該隕坑西側較遠毗鄰略小的阿斯頓隕石坑、北面相同距離坐落了拉瓦錫環形山、而羅素環形山和沃斯克列先斯基環形山則分別位於它的東南和西南[2]。該隕坑中心月面坐標為{{Coord|32.67|N|81.96|W|globe:Moon|nogoogle=1|noosm=1}}，直徑57.04公里[3]，深度約2.44公里[4]。

烏魯貝格環形山的坑壁幾乎已完全被撞擊損毀，現成為一圈布滿眾多隕坑和無數裂口的破碎殘壁，相對保存最完好的是它的東南壁，而南側壁坐落了衛星坑烏魯貝格 D、西側壁則附靠了另一座更小的撞擊坑。該環形山殘壁最大高出周邊地形1180米[4]，內部容積約2712立方千米[4]。坑內地表幾乎完全被反照率類似風暴洋表面的玄武岩熔岩所淹沒，但坑底中央及北部二處地表反照率卻相對較高，與在月海西側地形相一致。坑底北部可看到坐落了一座圓杯狀的小隕坑。

坐落在主坑東北的衛星坑烏魯貝格 A，是由靠近風暴洋西側邊緣的二座更小的撞擊坑重合而成，其中較小的一座重疊在較大一座的西南壁上，二者間擁有同一坑底。
