三氟甲硫醇銀是銀的三氟甲硫醇鹽，化學式為AgSCF3。它可由氟化銀和二硫化碳在無水乙腈中於80 °C反應得到[1]，或者由三氟甲硫醇汞和硝酸銀反應得到，產物可用丙酮重結晶。[2]它可用於在有機物中引入-SCF3。[3]
