《每天愛妳第一次》（英語：50 First Dates）是一部2004年的美國浪漫喜劇電影，由彼得·席格（Peter Segal）執導。主演為阿當·桑迪拿和茱·芭莉摩。其中阿當·桑迪拿出演一位海洋館的獸醫，是個花花公子；他與茱·芭莉摩扮演的露西在餐廳內巧遇。其後亨利突然發現露西是一名因車禍導致的順向失憶症患者，這改變了亨利的處世態度。影片主要在夏威夷群島攝製。

2018年日本翻拍成電影《第50次的初吻》。
