博盧（土耳其語：Bolu）是土耳其的城市，也是博盧省的首府，位於該國北部，面積1,524平方公里，海拔高度725米，受海洋性氣候影響，每年平均降雨量551毫米，2010年人口119,898。
古羅馬時期，該城市以克勞狄一世之名稱為克勞狄波利斯（拉丁語：Claudiopolis）。
