印度國營電信公司（Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited，商業名：BSNL）是印度國營的電信公司，由印度通訊部電信局（Department of Telecommunications）管理，2000年10月1日公司化^[6]。其名來自印地語，意思就是「印度電信公司」。

2019年10月24日，印度通訊部決定將印度的另一家大型電信公司MTNL併入BSNL，後MTNL成為BSNL的全資子公司。^[7]^[8]^[9]
