古巴工人中央工會（西班牙語：Central de Trabajadores de Cuba，缩写为CTC）是古巴的一個全國性工會聯合會。該組織成立於1961年。
該組織接受古巴共產黨的領導。該組織的總部位於哈瓦那。該組織有2998634名成員。該組織是世界工會聯合會、玻利瓦爾人民大會和國際人民大會的成員[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]。
