第七代巴富伯爵詹姆斯·艾瑞克·德拉蒙德[a]，GCMG，CB，PC，DL，（英語：James Eric Drummond，1876年8月17日—1951年12月15日），英國政治家和外交官，曾任國際聯盟第一任秘書長（1920年-1933年）。

德拉蒙德為人穩重而謙遜，他在任期間成功地培養了一支高效的國際公務員隊伍，並在1926年參與促成了德國加入國聯。然而，由於來自國聯最主要的成員英國和法國的壓力，他未能於任內解決重大的國際爭端（譬如滿洲事變）。1933年辭任國聯秘書長後擔任英國駐意大利全權大使（1933年-1939年），其後擔任政府信息部（英語：Ministry of Information (United Kingdom)）負責對外宣傳的首席顧問（1939年-1940年）。1946年，他成為了上議院自由黨的副領袖。

  1. ^ 艾瑞克·德拉蒙德是詹姆斯黨貴族（英語：Jacobite peerage）中的第13代巴富公爵，也是1605年初代巴富伯爵的第16代後裔；然而由於在1716年至1853年期間第四代伯爵繼承人被剝奪爵位，德拉蒙德也失去了此爵位的繼承。
