後上髂（kaa3）脊（Posterior superior iliac spine）為髖骨上的一個構造，位於薦翼的接面。後上髂脊位於後下髂脊上方，較前上髂脊短。

後上髂脊為骶髂後韌帶和多裂肌的斜走部分。
