傑蘭特·霍韋爾·托馬斯，OBE（英語：Geraint Howell Thomas，威爾斯語發音：[ˈɡɛraint]，1986年5月25日—）生於威爾斯卡地夫，是一名英國男子單車運動員，現代單車手中少數於公路車賽與場地車賽中都能贏得獎牌的菁英車手。目前效力於英力士擲彈兵[2][3]。
運動員生涯[編輯]
托馬斯在10歲時開始接觸單車[4]，他的第一個競賽用單車是一個藍色的捷安特[5]。2007年，他完成了其環法單車賽首秀[6]。托馬斯早期的成功主要來自於場地單車，他曾參加2008年北京奧運和2012年倫敦奧運的場地單車賽，兩屆奧運都獲得了男子團體追逐賽的金牌[7][8]。後來他將最主要的精力放在公路單車賽上，在2016年里約奧運，他參加公路單車賽，獲得公路賽第11名和個人計時賽第9名[9]。2018年，他在環法單車賽上獲得總冠軍，成為歷史上第一位獲得環法總冠軍的威爾斯人[10][11]。
