氟硒酸是一種無機化合物，化學式為HSeO3F，它是粘稠的發煙液體，在水中迅速水解。在水中直接氟化亞硒酸不能得到氟硒酸[2]，而需通過三氧化硒和無水氟化氫的反應來製備。[3]它是氟磺酸和三氧化硒反應得到二氟二氧化硒的中間體。[4]
