版權轉讓協議

版權轉讓協議（英語：Copyright transfer agreement）同意著作權人將作品的全部或部分版權轉讓給權利受讓人。在學術出版中，版權轉讓協議是訂閱制期刊獲取論文排他性出版權的主要渠道^[1]^[2] 。在電子媒體流行的時代，版權轉讓受到了較多批評^[3]。開放獲取是一種替代的模式^[4]。
