上海瑞金國際學校（Shanghai Rego International School [1] ）是位於中華人民共和國上海市閔行區的一所已停業的私立國際學校。學校按照英國國家課綱制定課程。[2]
2012年，學校高層表示已無法按時向[3]教師支付工資，加上非教務職工已無法領到薪水，學校因而關閉。 [4]政府表示，當學校的土地租期於2013年到期時他們將不會與學校續簽。政府打算在當地創辦一所新的公立學校。 [5]學校的勞資糾紛一直持續到2014年。 [6]
