中間海參（學名：Mesothuria media）為間海參屬的動物。舊屬辛那參科[3]，今屬間海參科[2]。分佈於日本，包括東海等海域，多生活於水深500-550米的軟泥底。該物種的模式產地在日本紀伊半島、水深約500m。[3]
