內部安全法令（Internal Security Act，Cap. 143, 1985 Rev. Ed.)是新加坡的一項法規，它授權行政部門可以實施預防性拘留，以防止顛覆、制止針對個人和財產的有組織暴力，以及其他影響新加坡國內安全的犯罪行為。內部安全法令還授權新加坡當局查禁政治和半軍事組織，阻止顛覆性文件和出版物出版，關閉可能有損於國家利益的娛樂場所和展覽。本法最初是馬來西亞國會頒佈的1960年內部安全法令的一部分[4]，並於1963年9月16日在新加坡實行[1]。當時新加坡是馬來西亞聯邦的一個州（新加坡州）。新加坡獨立後該法繼續施行。
