哥倫比亞（英語：Columbia）是美國馬里蘭州霍華德縣的一個規劃城市，位於巴爾的摩大都會區內，由10個獨立的村莊組成。哥倫比亞創建於1967年，其創建者和開發者James W. Rouse 認為新社區要提高其居民的生活質量，不僅需要解決經濟學和工程學的問題，而且同時要注重人類價值觀問題，消除種族，宗教和階級隔離[3]。
哥倫比亞一直排名在CNN Money的美國十大最佳居住地點之列[4]。
根據2020年美國人口普查，該社區人口為 104,681 人，是馬里蘭州人口第二多的社區，僅次於巴爾的摩。
