國際非政府組織

國際非政府組織（簡稱INGO）是指國際範圍獨立於政府參與的非政府組織。國際非政府組織可以是私人慈善機構（例如卡內基基金會、洛克菲勒基金會、蓋茨基金會和福特基金會），也可以是現有國際組織（例如天主教會或路德教會）的附屬機構。[1]
