奧利維多·范諾爾特（荷蘭語：Olivier van Noort；1558年—1627年2月22日），是一位荷蘭商船的船長和第一個環遊世界的荷蘭人。[1]
1558年，奧利維多·范諾爾特出生於烏得勒支，於1598年7月2日離開鹿特丹，帶着四艘船，計劃攻打西班牙在太平洋的財產，並在荷蘭、西班牙之間的八十年戰爭期間，與中國、摩鹿加群島進行貿易。他的船裝備不佳，尤其是在軍備方面，船員不守規矩。
儘管如此，范諾爾特還是經過麥哲倫海峽，在南美洲的太平洋沿岸劫獲了許多船隻（包括西班牙籍和其他）。由於風暴，他在途中失去了兩艘船，包括他的旗艦——「亨德里克·弗雷德里克號」（Hendrick Frederick）在摩鹿加群島的特爾納特遭到破壞。在1600年11月和12月，他在菲律賓馬尼拉灣的科雷希多島周圍建立了他剩餘的兩艘帆船「毛里裘斯號」和「和睦號」的泊位。
從那時起，他從事着西班牙人所認為的海盜活動，搶劫目標是往來馬尼拉的航行路線。這種情況在1600年12月14日的財富島海戰之後就結束了。西班牙人失去了他們的旗艦「聖安東尼奧號」（它的殘骸在1992年被發現，並且裝滿了瓷器和金子）。荷蘭船隻「和睦號」使范諾爾特的立場站不住腳，迫使他退出菲律賓。
