生平[編輯]
1968年出生於上海，1988年進入北京大學法學院，1989年赴美留學進入佛羅里達大學，畢業以後來到矽谷，在畢馬威擔任五年的審計經理。[2][1][2]1997年至2005年擔任半導體供應商應用材料公司SEC部門負責人。[2]2005年回國接替沈南鵬擔任攜程首席財務官，2012年5月出任首席運營官，2016年11月接替梁建章擔任行政總裁。[3][2][4]
家庭[編輯]
1995年和中國風險投資人吳炯結婚。[5]他們有兩個孩子，生活在上海。[5]
