球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白

球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白(glomalin-related soil protein, GRSP)是叢枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)的菌絲釋放到土壤中的一種疏水性糖蛋白混合物[1][2]。自然狀態下不溶於水但能溶於檸檬酸鹽, 具有熱穩定性[1]

按照提取方法的不同, 一般分為總提取球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白(total GRSP,TG)和易提取球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白(easily extractable GRSP, EEG)。總提取球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白代表土壤中長期積累的叢枝菌根真菌代謝產物總量;易提取球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白代表新近產生的叢枝菌根真菌代謝產物量。[3]

球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白能把小顆粒土壤粘聚成大塊, 增強土壤結構穩定性[4];還能提高土壤肥力、促進宿主植物生長發育和修復土壤退化[5]。球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白是土壤碳庫變化的的一個重要評價指標[6]。球囊黴素相關土壤蛋白在土壤有機碳中的含量佔6.98-31.34%,比例隨土層加深而下降[7]
