瓦爾德馬·萊金（波蘭語：Waldemar Legień，1963年8月28日—），波蘭男子柔道運動員。他曾代表波蘭參加1988年和1992年夏季奧林匹克運動會柔道比賽，其中1988年奧運會獲得男子78公斤級金牌，1992年奧運會則獲得男子86公斤級金牌。
