葫蘆烷（英語：cucurbitane）是一類化學式為C
30H
54的四環三萜化合物，CAS編號 65441-59-0。葫蘆烷與其同分異構體羊毛甾烷的區別在於10號位的C原子為α架構而9的C原子為β架構（與大多數甾體物質不同，類似於逆孕酮的甾環架構）且原19號位的甲基基團從10α位轉移到了9β位[1][2]。
常見的葫蘆烷立體異構體有 5α- 和 5β-兩種，兩者區別在於5號位碳原子的空間結構不同[1]
